Live Your Life Stress-Free
I’m here to help you realize your inner strengths and break-free from the grip of anxiety, depression, addiction, and hurtful relationships holding you back from love, success, and self-fulfillment.
Hello, I'm Erica!
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I specialize in treating anxiety, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome in Los Angeles, California.
From a young age, I’ve felt drawn to helping others live healthier lives. Driven by a natural curiosity with how people are shaped into who they are today, I’ve always been fascinated by hearing their stories, hopes, and dreams and helping them reach their life goals. Which is why I became a holistic therapist with a focus on sharing with my clients how living a healthy and balanced lifestyle can help them thrive.
Prior to completing my Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I attended the University of California, Irvine and received a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Social Behavior and Political Science. I have extensive training and clinical experience in various residential and intensive outpatient facilities working with those struggling with substance use and a wide array of mental health issues.
In our time together, I will hold the space for hope and healing while we look at what is, and is not, working in your life and create space for finding new ways of moving through the world with more ease.
How I Work
If you’re a professional woman who has been struggling with showing up in your life and relationships fully due to anxiety, imposter syndrome, or perfectionism, my services are tailor-made for you. As a woman who has experienced first-hand much of what you’re feeling, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women overcome barriers to their own success and tap into their unique skills and strengths to live a fuller, more carefree life.
When you work with me, our sessions are truly a collaboration. I take an active role in therapy and will meet you where you are to provide you with a space to explore your concerns openly and honestly.
At the core, I believe that humans are already worthy and whole as they are–my goal is to help you return to that state. Throughout our sessions, we will explore the modalities that best fit your needs. We will work towards arriving at a point where guilt, shame, and anxiety are no longer controlling factors in your life.
My hope is that you will experience yourself during our sessions in a different way than ever before, and that you can replace your insecurities and negative inner dialogue with self-acceptance, courage, and trust.

My Approach to
Developing a genuine, trusting relationship with my clients is crucial in the effectiveness of therapy. I believe in the true healing power of relationships, so it is most important that you feel safe, heard, and truly seen.
I practice from an approach that is compassionate, down to earth and non-judgmental. When we meet for therapy sessions, we will explore the issues that seem to resurface over and over and areas in which you feel stuck. Through a holistic-integrative approach, we will take into consideration the balance of all aspects of your life in order to discover the true underlying root cause. Combined with research-proven techniques, we will look at the mind-body-spirit connection.
I believe we need less fixing and more acceptance, less perfectionism and more good-enough, less criticism and more self-compassion.
Some days there may be laughter; other days, I will support a much-needed cry.
